I love these gloves. They are comfortable, well stitched, and barring the faux suede issue described below they are very well made. I think that is just a simple switch from the fabric used in those places. Real suede would do wonders but another textile may even perform well.

I found that after just a few months of infrequent riding that the mock-suede on the palm, the thumb and the finger edges is balling up and breaking down. See the image below. It is so weak in the finger tips that you can actually see my fingers coming through the material. These gloves are under half a year old. That includes a winter where they weren't used and I don't take the bike full time, so only partial use during 3 or 4 months. Also, they've only been used while riding the motorcycle. There has been no cross-use for other work, play, riding or driving. I'm hoping that Joe Rocket will be was able to fix this issue.
I contacted Joe Rocket's Customer Service line at 1-208-932-0303 but have heard nothing back as of yet.
Not only did Joe Rocket customer service get back with me the same day, but they shipped my replacement gloves at the same time that I shipped their failed pair. Great customer service. I couldn't have asked for a better response. I can't imagine that this can be done for everyone because it seems like it would be taken advantage of, however the fact that our conversation and my sharing of images and description of the issue gave them the comfort to ship a replacement pair on good faith. Superb.
